My role as a therapist is to meet you where you’re at, and working with you I can help you develop insight and awareness around your thoughts and experiences. This often includes the integration of mind/body awareness and the identification and exploration of your inherent strengths so you can live your life with vitality. Regardless of what brings you in the door for therapy, or what your goals are, you are not alone on your journey.
