*Art therapy sessions and EMDR sessions are available for 50 minute or 75 minute sessions. We will decide in advance the session time appropriate for the content being addressed/ goals for the session.

A limited number of sliding scale sessions are available upon request. If you are interested in the services I'm offering but financially unable to pursue, please still reach out. I will see if I can accommodate your situation and if not, I will assist in providing alternative referrals. You deserve the help you are seeking and I want to assist you in this process.
insurance
I'm an out of network provider
Although I am an out-of-network provider, I can provide a "super bill" that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many insurance companies, such as PPOs, will cover my services as an out-of-network provider. I recommend calling your insurance to find out what reimbursement will look like for an out-of-network provider. Some benefits of paying privately include more privacy and autonomy in our work together.
